Shipping policy

Processing:

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, within in 1-8 business days, not including weekends and holidays.  Occasionally, processing time may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control.  If this occurs, we will post current processing time in the site announcement.

Tracking Your Package:

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery Dates:

Delivery times can vary, depending on the carrier and your location. We do our best to send orders in a timely manner, but sometimes carrier delays or bad weather can slow things down. Thanks for your patience!

Shipping Costs:

Fees for shipping depend on your order's weight, size, and destination. You'll see these at checkout before you commit to your purchase.

Going Global:

Be the Detective ships to select countries around the world. Keep in mind that international orders may face customs and import duties, which are your responsibility.  Delivery times for international orders can vary, and customs processing might slow things down a bit.  Don't worry, it's worth the wait!

Lost or Busted Packages:

If your package goes MIA or shows up in rough shape, let us know right away. We'll work with the carrier to figure out what went wrong and, if needed, we'll send out a replacement.
